Undergraduate and graduate students of the College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences (CFOS), UP Visayas will have more microscopes for their laboratory experiments.

Aimed at strengthening the niche of the College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences (CFOS), UP Visayas (UPV) as a center of excellence in the country, a Fisheries Industry Forum was conducted to gather inputs from various stakeholders.

To better reach out to the community, the College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences (CFOS) recently launched a network to make people aware of its various public service and research activities through a social media platform. The launching took place at the Audio Visual Hall, CFOS, UP Visayas Miagao campus on February 21, 2019.

Diwata Aquascape, an academic leisure facility, is now going to serve its purpose after it was turned over to the College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences (CFOS), UP Visayas (UPV).

Loyalty awardees who have served the University for 25 years and retirees were given recognition during the Service Awards organized by the Human Resource Development Office.

Select UP Visayas personnel were given the 2019 Chancellor is Award for Outstanding Performance.
