Place of Assignment: Institute of Fisheries Policy and Development Studies, College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences, UP Visayas, Miagao Campus

3. Authenticated photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license by the CSC/PRC;
4. Authenticated photocopy of Transcript of Records by the University Registrar;
5. Certificate of attendance to trainings, seminars and workshops for the last five (5) years; (April 2017 - April 2022)
6. Certificate of employment from previous employer(s) for work experience relevant to the job;
7. Certificate of completion of research conducted and copy of peer-reviewed journals
