Training: Sixteen (16) hours of relevant training
Experience: Three (3) years of relevant experience
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) / Second Level Eligibility
Place of Assignment: Digital Innovation Center, UPV, Miagao, Iloilo

5. Certificate of performance ratings obtained in the last employment (if available);
6. Certificate of attendance in training, seminars and workshops attended;
7. Certification of Accomplishments (Awards/Citations/Innovations/Critical Incidents).
