Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
Eligibility: RA 1080 (BAR)
Place of Assignment: UPV Miagao / Iloilo City

2. Original authenticated copy of Transcript of Records and Diploma issued by the University Registrar;
3. Original authenticated copy of Certificate of Admission to the BAR and its Rating (RA 1080) issued by the Supreme Court of the Philippines;
4. Certificate of employment issued by HRMO or authorized official (only for work experience relevant to the job);
5. Certificate of performance ratings obtained in the last two (2) rating periods (January to June 2022 and July to December 2022);
6. Certificate of attendance to trainings, seminars and workshops for the last five (5) years (April 2018 to March 2023);
7. Certificate of Accomplishments (Awards/Citations/Innovations/Critical Incidents)
