The Division of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, University of the Philippines Visayas Tacloban College invites applications for the following positions for the First Semester of Academic Year 2022-2023:
Three (3) Full-time Temporary Faculty Members in Biology
Requirements:
One (1) Full-time Temporary Faculty Member in Biology with a specialization in Microbiology
- Graduate of B.S. Biology/B.S. Microbiology
- Preferably with M.S./Ph.D. in Microbiology/Biology with a specialization in Microbiology
- Preferably with research and teaching experience
- Willingness to actively engage in high-quality research and public service activities
- Technical competency to conduct classes remotely or in a blended learning environment
Two (2) Full-time Temporary Faculty Members in Biology with a specialization in Marine Biology
- Graduate of B.S. Biology/Marine Biology
- Preferably with M.S./Ph.D. in Marine Biology/Biology with a specialization in Marine Biology
- Preferably with research and teaching experience
- Willingness to actively engage in high-quality research and public service activities
- Technical competency to conduct classes remotely or in a blended learning environment
Appointment:
- The full-time positions will be for a minimum of one year (01 September 2022 – 31 August 2023). The appointment process will be competitive. The compensation of successful applicants will be commensurate to their qualifications and experience.
