Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (relevant to the job)
Training: 40 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention undertaken within the last 5 years
Experience: 4 years of supervisory/management experience
Eligibility: Appropriate RA 1080 (Civil Engineer)
Place of Assignment: Campus Development and Maintenance Office, Miagao, Iloilo

2. Authenticated copy of Transcript of Records and Diploma issued by the University Registrar;
3. Authenticated copy of the appropriate RA 1080 Eligibility (Civil Engineer);
4. Certificate of employment by the HRMO or authorized official (only for work experience relevant to the job);
5. Certificate of performance ratings obtained in the last two (2) rating periods (July to December 2021 and January to June 2022); Numerical and equivalent ratings must be indicated;
6. Certificate of attendance in trainings, seminars and workshops for the last five (5) years (01 October 2017 to 30 September 2022);
7. Certificate of Accomplishments (Awards/Citations/Innovations/Critical Incidents) relevant to the job.
