Education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy / Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting / Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Accounting
Training: Forty (40) hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention
Experience: Four (4) years in position/s involving management and supervision
Eligibility: RA 1080 (Certified Public Accountant)
Place of Assignment: Accounting Office, UPV, Miagao, Iloilo

1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) and Work Experience Sheet, which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
2. Original authenticated copy of Transcript of Records and Diploma issued by the University Registrar;
3. Original authenticated copy of Report of Rating and valid license as Certified Public Accountant issued by the Philippine Regulation Commission;
4. Certificate of employment issued by the HRMO or authorized official (only for work experience relevant to the job);
5. Certificate of performance ratings obtained in the last two (2) rating periods (January to June 2022 and July to December 2022).
6. Certificate of attendance to training, seminars and workshops for the last five (5) years (May 2018 to April 2023), including management/supervisory L & D courses. Training, seminars, workshops for CPAs must be duly accredited by the CPD Council. Training/seminars relevant to government procurement is also required.
7. Certificate of Accomplishments (Awards/Citation/Innovations/Critical Incidents) for the last years, May 2018 to April 2023.
