In compliance with Sec. 7.2 of RA 9184 which states that “No Procurement shall be undertaken unless it is in accordance with the approved APP of the procuring entity”, all UPV Colleges, Unit, Office, Project Leaders and Student Organizations are required to prepare and submit 2022 Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) for their programs, activities and projects.

As part of our efforts to continuously improve our online services, the Single Sign-On (SSO) will be implemented for our UIS. With the SSO, users can now log in to their UIS accounts using their UP Mail accounts.
